Finding garments and ordering them from Bras2Briefs.com could not be simpler!
You will find all our bras and briefs by clicking on the Online Store menu item. We have categorised them by Manufacturer and Department for your convenience. Clicking on a manufacturer's name will enable you to chose the appropriate category i.e. Bras or Briefs. You may do this by either clicking on the picture or the underlined name. You will then be able to view our extensive range by simply following the navigation information on the page. Once you have found some lingerie you like, simply select the size, colour and quantity you require and click on 'Add to Cart'. You can then move on to another style or 'Check Out' to complete your order.

Amending your order:
You may make amendments to your order simply by highlighting the quantity and changing it. Use the Update button to re-calculate your order.
Removing items from your order:
You may remove items from the order by clicking on the appropriate remove check box. Use the Update button to re-calculate your order.
Checking out:
Simply click on the 'Checkout' button, check that your details are correct, or if you are a new customer complete your details. Then click on the 'Submit Order' button.
What happens next?
You will receive confirmation in the form of an invoice sent to your e-mail address, we will then call you within 24 hours to confirm your payment details by telephone. Once we have verified your payment, your goods will be despatched within 7/10 days unless notified to the contrary.
Payment information:
We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Visa Electron and Solo. Bras2Briefs will only charge you for goods once we have dispatched the items ordered. If there are any items on your order which are not in stock, you will not be charged for them until we actually send them to you. You will be advised by e-mail if we are unable to complete your order.
Security checks:
As part of our policy to protect against the fraudulent use of credit/debit cards, we carry out random security checks on orders. These can take various forms, from time to time it may be necessary for us to ask you to provide a copy of a recent statement header for the card being used on your order. Please note that we are only interested in confirming information already provided on your order, i.e. the billing name and address and card issue details, and do not need to see actual transactions which can be covered up. In case you have any concerns regarding security, we can also assure you that all information is disposed of as soon as we have confirmed the details required. We hope that you appreciate that this is undertaken in the interests of fraud prevention, and is a necessary precaution.
